The next generation of the SECURE+™ Unit Dose Syringe Pig accepts either 3 cc or 5 cc syringes and weighs only 2.56 lb. Each pig accommodates a plastic inner sleeve (sold separately) to protect the dose from blood contamination, making each syringe pig a point-of-use sharps container. After use, a red biohazard cap saps on, enclosing the used syringe. Fitted with anti-roll ridges and base for added stability.
